PoissonRouge website may be known by many early years teachers as ‘Red Fish’. The name ‘Red Fish’ was often associated with the site because of their iconic red fish that appears on the website. There are no instructions for students on the website, they are free to go in and out of any activities and therefore control their own pathway. The website has the original playground but has now expanded with additional resources including patterns, Amos from outer space and an interactive encyclopedia.

The website is free but their apps aren’t. There are apps for Android and apps for iPad. All apps cost approximately $2.00.
