rED Writing App for iPad is not free but it is not expensive either. The app costs $2.99 but it is well worth the price for early years students. The feature that makes this app different from other handwriting apps is the ability to select hand writing fonts for each state in Australia.The app features six learning modes, including upper and lower case letters, numbers and writing shapes. Each mode is supported with audio in able to assist students learn correct pronunciation of sounds for each letter and number.
