McGraw Hill Education currently provide their Math Virtual Manipulatives for free online. The resource can be accessed online at http://www.glencoe.com and it will work on any interactive surface/TV/smartboard or computer.
You can search via year level up to year 8, select backgrounds and choose from a range of manipuatives; some of which include base 10 blocks, attribute blocks, spinners, 3D shapes and connecting cubes.
