Very Basic Python Turtle Graphics (upper primary/lower secondary)

Previously I’ve shared some Turtle Art programming ideas (LINK) and student work samples (LINK). Note, these ideas are shared under the creative commons licence; share and share alike for non-profit. This makes sense, since Turtle Art software can be downloaded for free, so no profit should be made personally.

Following this licence, I’d like to share some ideas for extending students beyond Turtle Art’s drag and drop interface, to writing code using Python. Below is an example of one of the activities:

You can download a word document with task ideas for students below. Note these are very basic activities, once students have an understanding of writing code they can then progress to harder activities.
